4Direction Developments Joins First Time Home Buyer Initiative at PropTech Connect

4Direction Developments has confirmed its participation in the First-Time HomeBuyer programme, launched in collaboration with Dubai Land Department and Dubai Economy & Tourism, during PropTech Connect held at the Grand Hyatt Dubai.

The programme was marked by an official signing ceremony and is designed to support first-time home buyers by introducing clarity, structure, and priority access within a regulated framework, helping first-time buyers move from intention to ownership with greater confidence. Today’s first-time buyers represent a broad and evolving audience, including young professionals entering the property market, long-term residents transitioning into ownership, and new arrivals choosing Dubai as their long-term home.

The programme reflects Dubai’s wider commitment to sustainable growth and responsible home ownership, underpinned by transparency, data, and strong market fundamentals.
