JLL has announced that Jordan Jeffery has been appointed to lead its UK property and asset management (PAM) team from 1 October. Jordan will replace Chris Ronaldson who has led the team since 2021 and is leaving the business to take up a significant role in a new sector. Throughout his tenure JLL’s PAM business has accelerated its transformation led by the deployment of new technologies and an enhanced focus on the end-user experience.
Jordan has spent the last 13 years at JLL; his most recent role was chief operating officer and deputy head of property and asset Management in the UK. He has over 20 years’ experience in the field and in addition to significant expertise in property management he is a passionate advocate of client management, customer experience, technology and people development.
In this new role Jordan will sit on the JLL’s UK markets board, the global property management board and the global net zero council.
