Flexliving, specializing in housing for professionals on the move, raises 1.6 million euros to expand its real estate portfolio to 700 units by 2024.

The startup Flexliving, a pioneer in flexible housing for mobile workers, has just raised 1.6 million euros. This new capital injection aims to double its housing stock by 2024.

  • Accelerated Growth for Flexliving
A year ago, Flexliving marked its entry into the corporate housing market with an initial fundraising round. Today, the Paris-based startup is reaching a new milestone: a funding round of 1.6 million euros.

This financial contribution benefits from the support of renowned investors, notably Clément Alteresco, an influential figure in the entrepreneurial world, founder of Morning, and Henri de Lorgeril, executive at Avizio. Their participation, along with that of a group of business angels composed of founders of successful startups such as GetAround, Unkle, Playplay, BackMarket, and Spendesk, brings not only capital but also valuable expertise and a network.

These funds are intended to accelerate Flexliving’s growth. The main goal is ambitious but clearly defined: to double the company’s real estate portfolio, from 350 units currently to 700 by the end of 2024. This is to meet the growing demand for flexible housing for professionals on the move.

  • Three Unique Solutions for Professionals on the Move
Flexliving stands out with three unique solutions for housing professionals on the move: FlexHouse, FlexQuarters, and HyperFlex. Each of these offerings meets varied needs and provides a flexible alternative to traditional methods:

> FlexHouse offers turnkey functional accommodations. They are fully managed and provide comfort and privacy for employees.
> FlexQuarters is a corporate co-living solution. It promotes team cohesion by sharing common spaces while preserving individual privacy.
> HyperFlex revolutionizes the concept with a subscription model. Employees can book their rooms among a pool of properties in Paris, offering great flexibility and autonomy.
The startup also stands out for the premium location of its properties, situated in strategic districts of Paris.

  • Quality Partnerships
To support its rapid expansion, Flexliving has partnered with quality real estate companies:

> Gecina;
> Primonial REIM;
> BNP REIM.

These alliances provide Flexliving with access to quality real estate, thus facilitating the rapid increase of its housing stock. By collaborating with these recognized players in the real estate sector, Flexliving benefits from their expertise, network, and credibility in the market.

  • Towards an International Horizon
With a robust business model and growing success in Paris, Flexliving is already considering expanding beyond French borders. The co-founders have cities like Barcelona, Milan, Brussels, or Madrid in mind. Their goal? To position Flexliving as a leading European brand in the corporate housing sector.
