Savills Appoints Alberto Albertazzi as New Head of Retail Management in Italy

Savills Italy has introduced a new managerial role within the company, which further strengthens the quality of services offered to its clients: Alberto Albertazzi has joined as Head of Retail Management to coordinate the Property Management Retail and Leasing Out-of-Town business areas.

Alberto has extensive experience in commercial real estate. He began his career in 1992 and has held positions of increasing responsibility in various companies, including Finiper, Expace Expansion Italia – Unibail Group, BNPP Reim Italia, Eurizon – Intesa San Paolo Group and Henderson Global Investors Sgr. From 2013 to 2021 he was General Manager and later CEO of Svicom. Most recently, he held the position of Senior Business Advisor Retail Real Estate at EY Advisory.
