In April 2024, Sweetime adopted Resonai’s cutting-edge augmented reality (AR) platform to power a groundbreaking campaign, revolutionizing the shopping center experience and providing valuable insights.

In retail real estate, particularly in a post pandemic environment, it can be hard to create experiences that will draw consumers away from the comfort of sofa-shopping and into physical stores. They transformed the standard, in-person shopping experience from something which consumers viewed as a chore, into something which provided value to them beyond just the pleasure gained from purchase.


This campaign blended digital and physical environments to deliver an immersive experience for Sweetime’s “Freeze Dried Mystery Box” campaign.   2. Increased Engagement: The campaign saw a 261% increase in active users and a 366% increase in app sessions, demonstrating Resonai’s power to drive foot traffic and user interaction.
  3. Enhanced Navigation: A 676% increase in navigation usage highlighted Resonai’s ability to improve wayfinding in complex indoor environments.
  4. Seamless App Integration: The AR experience integrated flawlessly with the existing shopping center app, showcasing Resonai’s adaptability to different platforms.
  5. Real-time Analytics: The campaign provided rich, real-time data on user behavior and preferences, demonstrating Resonai’s powerful analytics capabilities.
