Inhabit announced a preferred equity investment led by Blackstone Tactical Opportunities with an additional investment from Greater Sum Ventures (GSV). And Blackstone joins GSV and existing institutional investors Goldman Sachs, Insight Partners and PSG as shareholders in Inhabit.

In connection with the deal, Jefferies and Goldman Sachs provided financial advisory services to Inhabit. And Guggenheim Securities acted as the exclusive financial advisor to Blackstone and GSV.
