Regal is expanding its fully integrated business model with the launch of Regal Management, a new sub-brand dedicated to overseeing the operational management of its growing portfolio. As a fully integrated developer-contractor, Regal is uniquely positioned to manage its buildings, ensuring that they continue to perform at the highest standards long after completion.
Regal Management brings together a specialised team that leverages Regal’s in-depth lifecycle knowledge, technical expertise, and hands-on understanding of its developments. This expertise, combined with advanced technology platforms, enables real-time performance monitoring, streamlined operations, and a proactive approach to maintenance. The result is a seamless resident and occupier experience, with a focus on maintaining asset value and delivering long-term returns.
This strategic expansion reinforces Regal’s commitment to excellence across its portfolio, ensuring that its properties remain best-in-class. Fulton & Fifth, a landmark mixed-use development including 876 apartments in Wembley, will be the first scheme managed by Regal Management when it comes under its care in April 2025. The scheme, offering premium residential and commercial spaces, will benefit from Regal’s hands-on approach to asset management, where every aspect of building performance is closely monitored and optimised.
Jonathan Seal, CEO said: “The launch of Regal Management is a natural evolution of our fully integrated approach. As both developer and contractor, we know our buildings inside out, which gives us an unrivalled ability to manage them effectively. By taking direct control of asset management, we are ensuring that our developments continue to deliver exceptional experiences and strong returns for years to come. Fulton & Fifth marks the beginning of this exciting new phase for Regal”
Daniel Walters, Head of Asset Management, commented: “Launching Regal Management allows us to extend our expertise beyond development and construction, giving us full control over the ongoing management of our assets. Our deep understanding of our buildings’ inner workings ensures that we can maintain them to the highest standards, delivering exceptional experiences for residents and occupiers.”
