ESG expert iqbi makes the data it collects from buildings accessible to real estate advisor Colliers via its platform, which gives them an even more complete and detailed insight into the (consumption) data of numerous properties.
iqbi is one of the partners providing Colliers with extensive data – a must in today’s data-driven business environment. In addition, the real estate advisor is preparing for the future. Due to the EPBD IV directive from the European Commission, reporting on the actual consumption of buildings will become increasingly important in the coming years.
