Aareon, a provider of SaaS solutions for the property industry in Europe, announced that it has signed an agreement to acquire MIS ActiveH, the provider of housing management solutions for registered providers in the social housing sector.
This pending acquisition will expand Aareon’s UK portfolio of innovative housing solutions and underlines its commitment to delivering next-generation, cloud-native technology to the housing sector – with a specific focus on supporting larger and more complex organisations.
