PropTech Farm, the venture capital firm founded in Sweden, announced the successful initial close of its third fund – Fund III – its latest investment vehicle and the firm’s first to be headquartered in Singapore. The fund will focus exclusively on real‑estate technology startups.
PropTech Farm Fund III targets USD 30 million in total commitments. It will deploy tickets of USD 500 thousand to USD 2 million into 12–15 Seed through Series A PropTech startups across Thailand, Singapore, Indonesia, Vietnam, Malaysia, the Philippines and Australia. Follow‑on reserves enable PropTech Farm to double down on the best-performing portfolio companies.
The fund’s mandate spans the entire lifecycle of the built environment – from AI‑driven design and planning through digital construction workflows, transaction and listing platforms, and property management systems to smart‑building operations, energy‑efficiency optimization and urban renovation technologies.
“Southeast Asia’s market fragmentation is both a challenge and a strategic edge,” said Mike Plichta, Managing Partner. “We’re looking for founders who can navigate local nuances to build resilient, long‑term businesses that scale across the region.”
“Our mission is to connect the global PropTech ecosystem,” said Fredrik Bergman, Global Managing Partner. “By leveraging our proven track record of high‑multiple exits and deep industry relationships, we accelerate founders’ journeys from local champions to global leaders.”
PropTech Farm Fund III has already qualified more than 50 high‑potential startups, including regional real estate transaction platforms, AI‑powered interior design solutions, real‑time site‑monitoring analytics, transaction procurement platform, scalable energy-optimisation systems and smart‑building software. To accelerate validation and scale, the firm has forged alliances with leading venture studios, accelerator programs, startup incubators and PropTech associations in each target market – providing founders with local insights, technical mentorship and co‑investment channels.
“Having led over 40 PropTech investments and achieved multiple 30× to 50× exits, I’ve seen how the right combination of regional expertise and proven business models unlocks exponential growth,” said Simon Baker, General Partner. “PropTech Farm Fund III is poised to back the next generation of region‑defining startups.”

BuiltAPI GmbH, the company pioneering API-driven data infrastructure for real estate investment and asset management, has successfully closed its latest funding round backed by industry leaders including Second Century Ventures, TDS, and Propertymark. The investment marks a major milestone as BuiltAPI expands its services across Europe and the UK, following its graduation from the REACH UK Accelerator Program.
BuiltAPI tackles one of the real estate sector’s most persistent problems: fragmented, siloed data ecosystems. The company provides a robust API framework that enables seamless connectivity between legacy systems, modern SaaS tools, and intelligent automation platforms — with interoperability, governance, and cybersecurity at its core.
“We’re building the backbone of real estate data infrastructure,” said Olga Dentzel, Co-Founder of BuiltAPI. “This funding and the support of the REACH UK program are accelerating our ability to deliver secure, scalable integrations to clients across borders.”
BuiltAPI’s technology is already making an impact with major real estate institutions such as HIH Real Estate and its fund service platform INTREAL, through their digital unit INTREAL Solutions. These collaborations highlight a shared vision for practical and scalable digital transformation in real estate asset and investment management.
“The industry doesn’t need yet another tool — it needs a connective tissue,” added Ivan Nokhrin, Co-Founder of BuiltAPI. “Our mission is to empower real estate professionals to access, share, and act on their data securely and without barriers.”
Graduation from the REACH UK Accelerator — the scale-up program backed by Second Century Ventures – marks BuiltAPI’s official entry into the UK market. The program has played a key role in unlocking investors support and refining BuildAPI’s growth trajectory.
