The Egypt-based proptech has raised $52M in Series A equity funding led by Partech, with participation from e& Capital, March Capital, Verod-Kepple Africa Ventures, DPI via Nclude, VentureSouq, Shorooq, Endeavor Catalyst, Outliers Venture Capital, HOF Capital, and Plug and Play Tech Center. An additional $23M in debt was secured from major Egyptian banks.
Founded in Egypt in 2019 by Mostafa El-Beltagy, Abdel-Azim Osman, Ahmed Rafea, Mohamed Abou Ghanima, and Aly Rafea, Nawy has rapidly grown into Africa’s largest real estate technology company. Its platform transforms how people buy, sell, invest, finance, and manage properties. Nawy’s expanding product portfolio includes Nawy Now (“Move Now, Pay Later” mortgage financing), Nawy Shares (fractional ownership), Nawy Unlocked (property finishing, asset management, and rental monetisation), and Nawy Partners (empowering brokerages with exclusive tools, tech-driven sales enablement, and enhanced commissions).
In just four years, Nawy has not only scaled massively, but it has also consistently outperformed the market, setting a new benchmark for growth in real estate. By scaling fast and adapting even faster, the company turned volatility into momentum and built one of the most resilient growth stories in MENA proptech.
“This investment is a major leap forward—fuelling our expansion, accelerating the transformation of our products using AI, and starting our mission to reinvent how real estate works across MENA and beyond,” said Mostafa El-Beltagy, Co-Founder and CEO of Nawy.
“We’re excited to support Nawy as they build the foundation for a modern, tech-driven real estate experience,” said Tidjane Deme, General Partner at Partech. “Their team has deep market insights, coupled with ambitious regional expansion plans and exceptional execution, positioning them as the clear proptech champion in Africa and the Middle East.”
With its Series A investment, Nawy is scaling its vision to reshape the real estate experience across Egypt, the wider MENA region, and beyond, using technology to bring transparency, accessibility, and efficiency to an industry long overdue for change.

BuiltAPI GmbH, the company pioneering API-driven data infrastructure for real estate investment and asset management, has successfully closed its latest funding round backed by industry leaders including Second Century Ventures, TDS, and Propertymark. The investment marks a major milestone as BuiltAPI expands its services across Europe and the UK, following its graduation from the REACH UK Accelerator Program.
BuiltAPI tackles one of the real estate sector’s most persistent problems: fragmented, siloed data ecosystems. The company provides a robust API framework that enables seamless connectivity between legacy systems, modern SaaS tools, and intelligent automation platforms — with interoperability, governance, and cybersecurity at its core.
“We’re building the backbone of real estate data infrastructure,” said Olga Dentzel, Co-Founder of BuiltAPI. “This funding and the support of the REACH UK program are accelerating our ability to deliver secure, scalable integrations to clients across borders.”
BuiltAPI’s technology is already making an impact with major real estate institutions such as HIH Real Estate and its fund service platform INTREAL, through their digital unit INTREAL Solutions. These collaborations highlight a shared vision for practical and scalable digital transformation in real estate asset and investment management.
“The industry doesn’t need yet another tool — it needs a connective tissue,” added Ivan Nokhrin, Co-Founder of BuiltAPI. “Our mission is to empower real estate professionals to access, share, and act on their data securely and without barriers.”
Graduation from the REACH UK Accelerator — the scale-up program backed by Second Century Ventures – marks BuiltAPI’s official entry into the UK market. The program has played a key role in unlocking investors support and refining BuildAPI’s growth trajectory.
