Matúš Lipták, Chief Operations Officer, HB Reavis

As Chief Operating Officer of HB Reavis, Matúš is responsible for all asset management-related activities — ensuring operational excellence across the group’s portfolio, overseeing client relationship strategy across internal teams, and enhancing the overall user experience, all while maximising the long-term value of the company’s assets. Matúš oversees five markets and must skillfully balance local market expertise with the company’s overarching asset management strategy. Well-equipped to thrive in a diverse, international environment, Matúš joined HB Reavis’ top-level management between 2018 and 2019 through consulting for the group’s strategic projects. He primarily held the role of Head of More by HB Reavis, the group’s Asset Management organisation. Before that, he spent 14 years at IBM, where he held several senior roles — including Program Manager, Business Transformation and IT Senior Manager, and Senior Manager of CIO GTS/GBS Operations — all strongly business oriented roles involving significant international exposure.
