Matt Benton is the Operations Director at Trace Solutions Ltd, where he leads strategic planning and drives improvements across processes and systems to keep things running smoothly and efficiently. With over 15 years of experience in property technology, Matt has worked across a broad range of PropTech platforms. At Trace, he played a key role in the Software Innovation team, helping to design and shape Mojo—a web-based enhancement to the TRAMPS property management platform. Before that, he led the Propman Support team at Grosvenor Systems, where he focused on software optimisation and client training. Matt’s background is a unique blend of hands-on property management and technical expertise. He started his career as a Client Accountant at firms like Savills and DTZ (now Cushman & Wakefield), managing a mix of commercial and retail property portfolios. He later moved into a strategic IT role at NHS Property Services, acting as the bridge between business needs and technology at a senior level. He specialises in PropTech innovation, systems integration, and making complex software work better for the people who use it. With experience across multiple leading platforms, Matt brings both technical insight and real-world perspective to every project.”
