Mark is Chief Operating Officer at Packaged Living and has been with the business since its inception in 2018. As a Chartered Engineer with over 25 years experience, Mark leads the Development side of the business – working with a dedicated team of Development Managers on all aspects of design, planning and construction. Mark is a recognised developer across a large number of regeneration projects, transforming multiple locations and delivering 1,000s of homes.
