Kevin leads the UK and EMEA industrial and logistics research function for Savills. Kevin leads a team of analysts who collect, collate and analyse data on all metrics of the UK and European warehouse property markets. Kevin uses this data to inform our regular reports, including the UK Big Shed Briefing and the European Logistics outlook. Kevin regularly presents at industry events and has appeared at The Estates Gazette European Distribution Summit, the Retail Week Supply Chain Summit, Warehousing Futures and other events for the IPF, IPD and the CPD Foundation. As a high profile commentator on the industrial and logistics property market Kevin regularly appears in the broadsheet press and has appeared on BBC television numerous times covering the impact of new trading arrangements on the European warehouse property market. His team utilises many new technologies to analyse and disseminate data to internal and external clients and most recently has been using AI to analyse datasets that were previously unstructured to deliver greater insights to Savills clients.
