Tim is seasoned a Proptech investor, executive, and chartered surveyor with deep experience in the juncture of real estate and technology. With a background in international property consultancy, he led development agency teams in emerging markets for Cushman & Wakefield, navigating complex investment landscapes and driving large-scale urban projects. He was instrumental during his time at Hyperoptic, where, as Head of National Sales, he was a driving force in scaling the company’s rollout in landmark buildings across the UK—helping position it as one of the UK’s fastest-growing tech companies. Since then, he has founded and financed multiple Proptech ventures, and is currently focused on co-living developments, asset management, and partnering with technology firms to design, retrofit, and optimise complex buildings across the UK. Through his leadership Proptech Developments is driving the transformation of technology-enriched buildings, delivering sustainable and optimised spaces across diverse sectors—from retail to next-gen residential living.
