Paul is a senior leader in mixed-use real estate with extensive experience in driving property portfolio performance, placemaking, strategic business planning, real estate investment management, stakeholder engagement, and team leadership. His interests lie at the intersection of property, place, and people—believing in the power of their combination to create meaningful commercial, social, and environmental impact. Throughout his career, Paul has managed diverse mixed-use portfolios. He served as Asset Management Director for the 8 million square foot Canary Wharf Estate, including third-party office, retail, and residential assets. He also led strategic planning and performance management for the £5 billion Grosvenor London Estate and spent five years repositioning the £2.5 billion Belgravia Estate, delivering a 700,000 square foot development pipeline and driving significant rental growth across office, retail, and residential holdings. Additionally, Paul acted as Fund Manager for cross-border European retail funds totaling £1 billion on behalf of third-party investors. He has led cross-functional teams spanning asset management, investment, leasing, property management, marketing, and public realm initiatives. Paul also contributes to education and urban regeneration as a Board Member of Ravensbourne University London, supporting talent in the creative economy, and previously served on the board of Victoria BID, playing an active role in the revitalization of this key London district.
