Arjan Pit is the Managing Director of UNS Dubai where he brings extensive international experience to projects across Europe, China, and the Middle East. As the local liaison for Middle Eastern developments, he provides comprehensive guidance to stakeholders, ensuring seamless collaboration and impactful outcomes. After graduating from TU Delft, Arjan joined UNS in 2020 and he has led high-profile projects ranging from urban strategies to mixed-use high-rises, public buildings, and industrial complexes. He has worked on key project such as Wasl Tower, which demanded creative architectural solutions to achieve a visually striking yet highly functional building, as well as Expo City Dubai, highlighting his understanding of local requirements and traditions and the ability to translate them into contemporary architectural language. Specialising in design strategy, Arjan excels in streamlining complex master plans and architectural solutions, combining analysis, spatial typologies, and programme organisation to deliver innovative results.
