Global real estate company Knight Frank has deepened its property business in Abu Dhabi through a new partnership with Henry Wiltshire, a boutique real estate agency specializing in the prime residential market. The partnership will see both firms pursue various project mandates and collaborate on high-profile developments for local and international clients as residential demand in the UAE’s capital continues to increase.

Founded in 2014, Henry Wiltshire’s Abu Dhabi office has established itself as a leading boutique in the local prime market, securing exclusive agency appointments for high-profile developments including Nudra on Saadiyat Island, an entire building in Mayan on Yas Island, and three private residential apartment buildings. The alliance extends Knight Frank’s ability to serve private clients and developers more comprehensively in Abu Dhabi.
