ConCntric, a construction technology company developing an AI-powered platform for the preconstruction phase, has raised $10 million in Series A funding led by 53 Stations. The platform unifies data, workflows, and teams into one streamlined ecosystem, addressing fragmentation during preconstruction that traditionally sets the course for project cost, risk, and collaboration across the construction lifecycle.
Founded by Steve Dell’Orto, who brings over 26 years of experience from Clark Construction, ConCntric addresses a massive talent gap in preconstruction while industry studies estimate that rework, inefficiencies, and misalignment cost up to $250 billion in the $21 trillion construction industry. “ConCntric addresses this by equipping teams with a platform and Amplify, our agentic AI engine, that enables certainty in cost, schedule, and scope from the outset, reducing risk, compressing timelines, and empowering teams to do more with less,” said Dell’Orto.
ConCntric’s standout feature is Amplify, the first agentic AI crafted specifically for preconstruction, bringing together key workflows including scope, cost, schedule, and risk into a unified, collaborative environment. “Amplify acts as a force multiplier, helping teams analyse options, anticipate risks, and generate insights in real time. This not only accelerates decision-making but also reduces reliance on an already strained talent pool,” Dell’Orto explained. “What sets us apart is the combination of deep construction DNA with advanced technology, built by builders, for builders.”
Already adopted by major general contractors across North America, customers report better collaboration, faster turnaround on decisions, higher win rates, and clearer visibility into costs and risks. The platform addresses preconstruction’s enormous challenges where the most critical project decisions are made yet teams traditionally lacked integrated tools.
Looking ahead, ConCntric plans to invest the new funding in expanding Amplify’s capabilities and growing its customer success, sales, marketing, product, and engineering teams. “Our priority is scaling responsibly while maximising impact. Over the next three to five years, we will expand our platform, strengthen innovation through Amplify, and broaden our customer base,” Dell’Orto concluded. “Our goal: set a new standard for how the industry operates: smarter, more efficient, and more collaborative.”
