Dr Matteo Borghi is an Associate Professor in Entrepreneurship and Innovation at Henley Business School, University of Reading, and Research Division Lead for Digitalisation, Marketing, and Entrepreneurship. His research focuses on Industry 4.0 technologies – especially AI and robotics – and their transformative impact on business models and customer experiences in service industries. He is the convenor for the Real Estate Entrepreneurship and Technology module and a Fellow of the UK Higher Education Academy. Matteo also leverages his training from Babson College (USA) to enhance student learning and regularly speaks at national and international forums on digital transformation and innovation.
