Zoopla has announced the acquisition of Newhomesforsale.co.uk, a specialist UK portal focused on new-build properties, to strengthen its position in the new homes sector.
The platform will continue to operate as a standalone brand with its existing leadership team, while benefiting from the portal’s audience data and product investment.
The deal builds on recent momentum in the portal’s new homes division, including strategic partnerships with major developers such as Taylor Wimpey and Persimmon Homes, and claims product developments have helped deliver a 53% year-on-year increase in new homes lead volumes.
