Connells Group, the UK property services group, has acquired Denny & Salmond, an estate and letting agent in Malvern, Worcestershire, as part of its continued strategic growth across key local markets.
Denny & Salmond will continue to trade under its existing brand, with all four members of staff retained as part of the transition, while the business’s directors, Helen Denny & Luise Salmond, are selling as part of a planned retirement.
