Dwelly has acquired Goodwin Property Services, marking the firm’s second acquisition of the year as it accelerates its strategy to expand its national lettings platform. Founder Simon Burton will continue to support the business, ensuring continuity for clients, landlords and the wider team as Goodwin enters its next chapter as part of the Dwelly Group.
Simon Burton, Founder of Goodwin Property, said, “Providing a great service to landlords and home sellers across Stamford and the wider area has always been our key focus at Goodwin, and it’s something that’s shaped the business from the very beginning.”
Sam Humphreys, Head of M&A at Dwelly, said, “We’re delighted to have acquired another high-quality business so early in 2026, and it’s a deal that will help maintain the acquisition momentum we’ve built consistently over the last year. Goodwin is a business that has earned a fantastic reputation within its local market, built on consistently delivering for its landlords and home sellers over many years. Those are exactly the kinds of foundations we look for when bringing a business into the Dwelly Group.”
