
CRH, a provider of building materials, has announced that it has signed an agreement to acquire 100% of Arcosa Inc.. The offer to Arcosa stockholders implies a 25% premium to Arcosa’s 60-day trading VWAP as of June 18, 2026. The transaction values Arcosa at a total enterprise value of approximately $8.5 billion, representing an acquisition multiple of 11.5x 2026E Adjusted EBITDA, including estimated annual run-rate cost synergies of $175 million by year three.
