He possesses extensive knowledge in leading facilities management and operations businesses in countries such as Egypt, Pakistan, Nigeria, and many others. Mr. Zahran has led the growth of both outsourcing and in-housing facilities management concepts regionally and globally. This experience includes the creation and successful delivery of best-in-class facilities management services for many complex and large-scale cities. He successfully led the “”Do It Right the First Time”” project for all Mobiserve subsidiaries, applying the Six Sigma methodology to drive cost savings and optimize resource utilization. He also introduced the concept of quality management to upper management by effectively relating well-known management principles to financial management concepts.
