Amr Al Abwaz is the Founder and CEO of York Holding Group and Dwelleo, the first real estate marketplace fully powered by AI. His journey began far from the world of startups. He spent over a decade as an economic journalist, learning how markets move and how people create value. In 2017, he founded York Towers, and since then, the business has grown across Georgia, Saudi Arabia, the UAE, and Qatar. Today, his focus is on transforming the real estate industry through Dwelleo, making property ownership more transparent, fair, and accessible for everyone. He holds an Executive MBA from the London Business School.
