Andrew Dyke is the Director of Intelligent Buildings at Mitsubishi Electric Iconics Digital Solutions (MEIDS) UK, where he is passionate about driving digital transformation in the built environment. He advocates for user-centric design, enhanced productivity, and optimised operational performance through digital solutions. Over the past five years, Andy has spearheaded the strategy and product development for the MEIDS Intelligent Building Software Stack (IBSS), a SaaS platform for office experience and workplace management, which aside the MEIDS Genesis software, delivers comprehensive Smart Building solutions for performance monitoring and integrated workplace management amid changing office occupancy dynamics due to remote work. Andy has successfully executed numerous digital projects for clients including Deloitte, 22BG, Diageo, Arcadis, and EBRD, among others. Prior to joining MEIDS, he led Hoare Lea’s Intelligent Buildings Group, where he consulted with global clients on digital transformation initiatives in real estate.
