• So how does it work?

laiout is designed to also be used by non-architectural users. After a typical architectural floor plan is uploaded it can take as little as 4 clicks or 10 seconds to get to a completely filled, optimized, and exported floor plan.

laiout’s proprietary software does a first suggestion of how the floor plan can be designed, but the user gets the chance to alter any preferences (like rooms and sizes) and positioning of zones where preferred.

In this year alone, laiout has used their solution on ~200.000 square meters of floor plans provided by 25 companies spread across 15 countries and 5 continents.
