Auriens Group Appoints new CEO Julie Fawcett

Auriens Group has appointed Julie Fawcett as its chief executive officer, amid a phase of expansion and innovation for the later living residence.

With experience of building consumer facing companies, Fawcett will strengthen Auriens’ leadership team as it moves into a growth phase. Her experience includes CEO roles at Qbic Hotels and homewares manufacturer Nkuku, and operating partner at Bridges Ventures.

Helen Jones, board director of Auriens Group, said: ‘Julie’s focus and experience align perfectly with our vision for holistic and innovative senior living solutions. The appointment marks an exciting new chapter for Auriens. Julie’s track record in strategic growth and deep understanding of the property landscape make her the ideal leader to guide Auriens during this pivotal expansion phase which will include the launch of our second community in Weybridge and the initiation of a substantial growth phase across London and the South.’

Fawcett, who replaces David Meagher in the role, added: ‘Auriens is a standout, no-holds-barred pioneer in this nascent industry, and to be leading such an innovative and exciting business is without question a great challenge and one I’m hugely excited about.

‘The team that is already in place at Auriens is exceptional, many of them leaders in their fields, and I feel honoured and excited to become an integral part of this.’
