Ben Hughes is the Head of Building Technology at MAPP. Ben’s role will focuses on the digitalisation of MAPP’s portfolio, further integrating technology with existing structures by reviewing the digital requirements of client portfolios to achieve operational excellence. He ensures efficient utilisation of any technology currently in place at the property, and across any connected assets. Furthermore, where opportunities for improved technologies are present, he liaises with landlords to future-proof assets. Ben has over 20 years experience within the Property Industry and a strong track record in delivering excellent IT support services across a range of different landlord portfolios for a wide variety of clients.
