Bewy Receives CHF 150,000 to Improve Property Management for Landlords and Tenants

Shared 13 April, 2026

The proptech startup Bewy has obtained CHF 150,000 from Venture Kick to develop an AI-first property management service that increases transparency and reduces costs. The company addresses widespread dissatisfaction among landlords while improving service quality for tenants.

In the DACH region alone, common issues include poor communication, neglected real estate maintenance, unexpected costs, and weak tenant service, leading to frustration. Bewy addresses these challenges by combining property management services with agentic AI. Its service and platform automate internal workflows, improve communication, and provide real-time transparency for property owners. By reducing operational complexity and increasing efficiency, the solution lowers costs by up to 30% while improving the experience for both landlords and tenants.

The fund will help Bewy to further develop its technology and scale across Switzerland. With an M&A-driven growth component, the company plans to acquire SME property management companies that lack a succession solution.

Luca Serratore, Co-Founder, Bewy, “Venture Kick’s process is lean and straightforward, yet it opens doors to a valuable network and adds credibility. As Switzerland’s leading startup program, it’s been a meaningful accelerator for Bewy.”
