Bruno Blavier, Head of ESG Real Estate, Swiss Life Asset Managers, France

Bruno is responsible for leading the decarbonisation policy across real estate asset management, strengthening climate risk resilience strategies, and ensuring investment vehicles align with SFDR and European taxonomy requirements. Bruno brings over a decade of experience in real estate and infrastructure finance. Prior to joining Swiss Life Asset Managers France, he served as Senior Manager – Real Estate ESG Advisor at Deepki, a leading proptech firm supporting real estate players in enhancing ESG performance. His earlier roles included technical advisory positions at AECOM and Currie & Brown, and infrastructure engineering at EGIS International. Bruno holds a Master’s degree in Project Finance from Ecole des Ponts ParisTech and Université Paris X, as well as a Master’s in Urban Systems Engineering from the Universities of Compiègne and Berlin.
