Carl is a Director at Tandem Property Asset Management Limited and has over 25 years of retail and property experience. Specializing in managing large teams of people focusing on the management of retail assets, especially shopping centres and retail parks, Carl’s experience has been gained at global companies such as Jones Lang LaSalle, Cushman & Wakefield, Colliers International, Investec Bank and Truworths International. Carl started his career as a retailer before moving into Centre management and then asset & property management. Carl is a member of the Revo Asset Management committee, past chairman of the Revo property Management Committee, a judge for the last 9 years of the Sceptre Awards and is regularly asked to participate in talks and round-table discussions focused on the retail property sector. He is a keen sportsman having represented his country at modern biathlon.
