CBRE Group Hires Experienced CIO and Research Leader John Sikaitis as Senior Vice President

CBRE Group Inc today announced that John Sikaitis, a leader in data and analytics for the commercial real estate industry, will join the company as Senior Vice President, CBRE Platform.
 
Mr. Sikaitis spent 15 years at JLL, where he helped to build their data platform and developed go-to-market broker-support models, including market intelligence products at the point of sale. He also ran a Research-led local-market advisory service and utilized data, analytics, intelligence and technology to drive bespoke market strategies for investors and tenants.
 
Since 2019, John has been Chief Innovation Officer at Avison Young, where his team developed a CRE data analytics technology platform that has been recognized by Fast Company as one of the business world’s best innovations of 2022.
 
Mr. Sikaitis will partner closely with Sandeep Davé, CBRE’s Chief Digital & Technology Officer, to enhance the company’s Advisory data and market-facing technology and with Richard Barkham, CBRE’s Global Chief Economist to enhance the Research data and platform.
 
He will join CBRE on March 15 and report to Vikram Kohli, Chief Executive Officer of the CBRE Platform.
