Chancerygate Appoints New CFO Michael Treliving

Chancerygate has appointed Michael Treliving from PLP as the firm’s new chief financial officer.

Treliving, who has more than 15 years’ real estate finance experience, spent the last five years at PLP overseeing the company’s finance and operations function. Prior to PLP, he held roles at AXA – Investment Managers, Ernst & Young and the Grosvenor Group.

In his new role, Treliving will be responsible for overseeing Chancerygate’s corporate finance activity for both its UK and European operations in line with the firm’s market growth strategy.

Treliving said: “Chancerygate is an established name in commercial real estate combining strong pedigree and ambitious expansion plans at home and in Europe. It is an exciting prospect to be part of a company that is in prime position to take its leading product to new urban logistics markets. I look forward to working with our talented finance team and the wider leadership to ensure the company is poised to explore new opportunities.”
