Having worked in super-prime real estate over the past 20 years, Charlie has been working on the developer / operator model over the past 10 years. Firstly with the launch of Lodha’s No.1 Grosvenor Square, and until recently heading up the Sales and Marketing of the first Raffles branded residences in the UK at The Old War Office in London on behalf of the Hinduja family. Charlie’s latest move has been to the Maybourne Hotel Group to lead their expansion of branded residences globally, with their first major project opening in Paris in 2027.
