Collegiate UK’s new payment solution allows students to pay in four instalments via an automated guarantor service or in full upfront.
It offers greater flexibility and financial ease to students, while PBSA operators benefit from enhanced occupancy rates and reduced administrative time and costs.
PBSA operators can also now confirm room bookings instantly without requiring a personal guarantor, while ensuring that unpaid rent is recoverable.
