Since May 2021, Daan has led the implementation and management of the hotel investment segment at Colliers Austria, contributing significantly to the firm’s emergence as a leading advisor in Austria’s Hotel Real Estate and Investment sectors. During this time, Colliers successfully launched a wide range of service lines, including brokerage, operator search and selection, consulting and valuations, and property management. These strategic initiatives enabled the team to manage a diverse array of projects, from 30-room serviced apartments to luxury 200-room hotels and large-scale conference hotels with over 600 rooms. In just four years, Colliers Austria has consulted on investment volumes totaling €800 million within the country’s hospitality sector.
