Dr. Damien Nouvel is the founder and head of NCG, a boutique advisory platform operating at the intersection of real estate strategy, urban economics, planning, and technology. With over 20 years of experience across Saudi Arabia, the GCC, and Europe, he advises developers, investors, and public-sector stakeholders on complex, large-scale and mixed-use developments. Holding a PhD in Real Estate & Urban Economics, Dr. Nouvel bridges academic rigor with market execution, working on portfolios and projects exceeding SAR 10 billion in value across retail, hospitality, office, and urban destinations. Through NCG, he focuses on filling the gap between traditional real estate advisory and emerging PropTech, including data-driven strategy, ESG integration, AI-supported analysis, and innovation-led governance models. A former Associate Professor, he is a regular speaker at regional and international conferences, including MIPIM, Global Proptech Summit and Cityscape Global, where he explores how technology reshapes decision-making, value creation, and urban development in the GCC.
