David Ives, Global Director of Real Estate & Workplace at Deliveroo, Deliveroo

David is responsible for expanding Deliveroo’s portfolio of delivery-only kitchens and supporting the company’s growth in both the UK and international markets. David brings over a decade of experience in property and real estate strategy, having worked with global brands. He began his tenure at Deliveroo in June 2025, joining from Primark, where he served as Head of New Markets for seven years. In this capacity, he was responsible for overseeing real estate acquisitions for Primark stores in new international markets, as well as managing transactions both in the UK and abroad. Before his time at Primark, Ives held roles at Cushman & Wakefield, where he spent more than five years advising retailers on property matters. He initially worked in their London office and later became Head of International Tenant Representation in Paris, providing strategic guidance to retailers in France.
