Dexters, London’s independent estate agent and chartered surveyor, has continued year-on-year growth in its 2025* Report and Accounts, confirming an 11% rise in revenue to £247 million (2024: £222m) with underlying operating profit up 10% to £52 million (2024: £47m). The results driven by investment in colleague development and new office openings, resulting in high performance and strong sales and lettings activity across the capital.

The firm has the ambition to double its revenue over the next five years, with six new offices in the pipeline for the current financial year, further acquisitions completed since the year end, and plans to take on 200 new colleagues via its in-house Training Academy in 2026. Due to continued demand and expansion, the Academy will be moving to a new, larger premises in Clapham this spring.
