EQARCOM, a UAE-based digital proptech platform, has entered into a strategic Memorandum of Cooperation with the Dubai Land Department (DLD) during the IPS Conference 2025, held on 14 April at the Dubai World Trade Centre. This partnership represents a significant advancement in the digital transformation of Dubai’s real estate landscape.
As part of the collaboration, DLD and EQARCOM will join forces to promote greater transparency and adherence to regulations by facilitating data integration, automating leasing workflows, and enhancing the overall experience for both tenants and landlords through digital solutions.
Under this agreement, EQARCOM will integrate with DLD’s systems, including Ejari, and gain access to key market data. This will assist landlords in optimising lease management and delivering compliant, data-informed tenant services.
The Memorandum was signed by Mr Sultan Al Ghurair, Chief Executive Officer of EQARCOM Solutions, and Majid Al Marri, Chief Executive Officer of the Real Estate Registration Sector at the Dubai Land Department, at the Dubai World Trade Centre.
“This agreement is a major milestone not only for EQARCOM, but also for the broader digitalisation of the property sector in Dubai,” stated Abbas Hayat, General Manager at EQARCOM. “With DLD’s support, we are equipping landlords with the tools required to offer faster, smarter, and more transparent leasing solutions.”
