Driving Innovation in Commercial Real Estate: Lessons Learned from Canada and the UK​

The High Commission of Canada are delighted to once again be working in collaboration with Trustek UK. This panel discussion event will be exploring PropTech innovation from both sides of the Atlantic, including the challenges faced and how they have been managed.

Moderated by Trustek’s CEO and Co-Founder, Freddie Pritchard-Smith, this panel event promises to bring lively debate, unique industry insights and insightful thought leadership surrounding the Canadian and UK markets from a Commercial Real Estate perspective. There will be excellent opportunities for networking and discussions with our panellists and fellow invited guests. During the event, you’ll also have the chance to hear from and network with the Canadian PropTech companies in the Trade Accelerator Programme.

Our panellists are:

Shreya Sheth of Patrizia – a digital strategist with global experience at Patrizia, Barclays, Turner & Townsend, and Battersea Power Station.

Jay Lakhani of Clearance Capital – General Partner at Clearance Venture Partners, is a repeat founder and investor with a background from AI medtech to venture capital.

Raj Singh of Altrio – CEO and Co-Founder of Altrio, with 20+ years in real estate tech, previously founded Voyanta and Hipercept, both acquired, served as EVP at ARGUS, and started his career at Brookfield.

Fionnuala Hogan – an investor and advisor with 25+ years’ experience across venture capital, entrepreneurship, and governance, with a focus on sustainability and innovation.
