Ed is the CEO of Packaged Living and founded the business alongside Fiera Real Estate in 2018. Prior to Packaged Living, Ed was a director at Grainger Plc initially focused on financing and growing the group’s German Residential and Retirement Living platforms and more latterly, leading its investment into the Build to Rent sector. Ed is a chartered banker with c.20 years’ cross border real estate experience in banking, private equity and fund management having worked previously at the Bank of Scotland and Lloyds Banking Group. A former Lombard Scholar and Freeman of London, Ed also holds an executive MBA from Regensburg University in Germany. Ed is a member of the AREF Residential Committee and Former Chair of the WCIB (Banking Guild) Associates Committee.
