Eddie is responsible for overseeing operational delivery and excellence, revenue management, and client & university relationships for one of the UK’s largest third-party student residential operators. For Fresh, he oversees assets in Student, Co-Liv and BTR sectors ensuring key KPIs are delivered on an operational scale. Eddie has ten years’ experience in the property sector, prior to joining Fresh in 2021, he previously held key operational roles in the UK and Irish PBSA markets. Working for Hines, Eddie mobilised and launched the aparto student brand to the UK market in 2018 and oversaw aparto’s operations in UK and Ireland. Eddie has also previously worked for iQ student through their transition in ownership from the Wellcome Trust, Goldman Sachs and Blackstone.
