Building Atlas’s platform ingests the portfolio data and runs automated retrofit and climate-scenario modelling across an estate, generating prioritised intervention plans and risk-adjusted decarbonisation pathways. Eight Versa’s consultants then layer in their building-level expertise, validating assumptions, refining recommendations, and ensuring every output is practical, fundable, and aligned with sustainability commitments.
