Emily draws on her 20 years of experience in the flexible office sector to drive her vision of building London’s leading premium workspace brand. Prior to her role with Argyll, she worked as an Executive Consultant with IWG (Regus, Spaces) to build their global multi-brand proposition and Workspace Group Plc. She was on the Board of Directors of Argyll until 2013 and was part of the team that successfully sold the business for £260m. Since Emily returned to Argyll in 2020 she has been spearheading cultural change. A successful rollout of market-leading working policies led to the company being recognised as a Sunday Times Best Place to Work in 2024.
