You can get your ticket here.
After you have bought and paid for your ticket, it will be emailed to the email address you left us. You can find your ticket under the subject line “Registration confirmed for PropTech Connect Europe 2025”.

Yes. If you wish to purchase your ticket via invoice, you can navigate to the buy tickets page, select your ticket type and then select “pay by invoice” when prompted to select a payment method.
If you are no longer able to attend the event, let us know by emailing vishaal.kumar@proptechconnect.com. Our tickets are non-refundable, however, we are happy to transfer your ticket to another person in your organisation who can attend on your behalf.

The event will be held at the InterContinental London – The O2 hotel. Find out the best ways to travel to the venue in the travel section.
The event will take place on the 3-4 of September 2025. It will start at 8:30 and the thought leadership sessions will finish at 17:00 on each day. You can find the full agenda here.
Pre-event Info
For the best experience during PropTech Connect, we recommend that you start connecting with other delegates before the start of the event. This will help you allow you to get a jumpstart on your networking journey during the event.
Arrival & On-Site Info
Upon arrival, please proceed to the registration desks located at the entrance. To ensure an efficient check-in process, we recommend that you download and set up the PropTech Connect app in advance.
During the event, you will have access to a multitude of panels from our industry leaders that will be running from 9:00 to 17:00 across our 6 stages. There will also be opportunities for networking, workshops (registration required) and roundtables (registration required). You can find the full and detailed agenda here.
You do not need to register to attend any of our panels – they are open for anyone at the event to attend. If you are interested in one of our workshops or roundtables, registration in advance is required, please contact networking@proptechconnect.com.
We recommend that you wear business casual.
You do not need to bring anything to the event other than your phone with your ticket.
Facilities
Yes, 5-star meals and an array of alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages are included at the event. In addition to this, there will be other snack and beverage options available.
Yes, a cloakroom will be provided.
Yes, you will be given instructions on how to access the Wi-Fi upon registration at the event.
Travel & Accommodation

You can travel to the venue in several ways:
By the London Underground: The closest stop is North Greenwich on the Jubilee Line, which is just 7 minutes away from the venue.
Driving: You can drive to the venue using the postcode SE10 0TW.
Car parking at InterContinental London – The O2 is available, but space is limited and is offered on a first-come, first-served basis. Unfortunately, parking cannot be reserved in advance. We recommend using public transport wherever possible. North Greenwich station (Jubilee Line) is just a short walk away, making it easy to get to the venue.
PropTech Connect participants get exclusive access to discounted hotel rooms at the InterContinental London – the O2, where our event will take place. You can make your booking through the link found on your registration confirmation email or here.
Accessibility
Yes, the venue is fully accessible. We have lifts, ramps, and accessible facilities for those with mobility difficulties. We understand that accessibility needs can vary, so if you require any specific accommodations, please reach out to us at networking@proptechconnect.com ahead of time. We’re happy to support you in making your experience as comfortable as possible. If you require assistance from a carer, we’ll also provide a complimentary pass for them to attend the event with you.
Travelling to the UK
Before travelling to the UK it is important to check if you require a UK visa. Check if you require a visa here.
If you require a visa, you will likely need a Standard Visitor Visa to come to PropTech Connect in September 2025. Please see the full guide of which documents you would need to apply for the visa here.
You can apply for a UK visa on the VFS Global site here. You will need to select where you are applying from and choose a corresponding visa application centre in your country.

Please arrive at the speaker lounge 45 minutes before your session to meet your fellow panellists. You should be in front of the stage 15 minutes before your session begins.
Yes, you’ll have a timer facing you on stage to help you keep track of your time while speaking.
Headset microphones will be used on the Arora and Peninsula stages. Handheld microphones will be used on the Commercial, Residential, Industrial, and Sustainability stages.
There will be a stage host to guide the session, and a visual on the screen behind you will display your name, job title, and company. However, you’ll still need to introduce yourself verbally when prompted.
