Faris Mahmoud Jamil Al Khattab is a dedicated real estate professional with a strong background in client relations, and strategic partnerships. As the Managing Director of Object 1, Abu Dhabi, he leads a team of professionals and plays a key role in driving the company’s expansion across regional and international brokerage networks. Since joining Object 1, Faris has been instrumental in strengthening the company’s position in the UAE’s competitive real estate landscape. Under his leadership, Object 1 has built partnerships with a wide range of brokerage firms. These collaborations have generated more than AED 500 million in sales, positioning Object 1 among the top-performing developers for many of its partner agencies. Before joining Object 1, Faris gained extensive frontline experience in Dubai’s real estate sector, working with prominent firms such as GI Properties, UNO Estate, and AX Capital Real Estate. His early roles as a consultant and senior broker helped him develop strong negotiation, market analysis, and client management skills, which continue to guide his success in the development sector today. Faris studied Sociology and Anthropology at Yarmouk University in Jordan, which strengthened his understanding of people and communities and continues to shape his human-centered approach to business. As a leader, Faris believes in empathy, collaboration, and active listening. He focuses on building trust within his team and empowering individuals to perform at their best while aligning with Object 1’s long- term vision for sustainable growth and excellence. Outside of work, Faris enjoys playing football, spending time with family, and engaging in meaningful conversations that keep him grounded and inspired.
